  • Yes! While a large down payment is always helpful, some loan programs require NO DOWN PAYMENT. Finding the right lender, loan program, and down payment amount for you will depend on your unique situation, and we are here to help you every step of the way. 

  • No! We have longstanding relationships with local lenders all over this region and can help you get connected with the one that will suit your needs best.

  • We serve clients across 11 counties in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia, with a special focus on the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.

    Tennessee counties include Hawkins, Greene, Sullivan, Washington, Unicoi, Carter, and Johnson. Virgnia counties include Wise, Scott, Russell, and Washington.

  • Absolutely not. In the initial visit, I will just get a sense of the spaces to help with valuing the property. I can see past dust bunnies and dishes in the sink, so don’t sweat a little mess! 

  • No. While some repairs might be necessary, some things are more valuable than others when it comes to selling. Please reach out to us before you spend any money on updates!

  • Don’t wait. The sooner you reach out to us, the sooner we can help you sort out your options and clarify the unknowns so that you can decide if and when you want to proceed with selling.
